Voyant's Promise

  • We do not sell or rent your personal or financial information to anyone.
  • We do not share your personal or financial information with anyone outside of Voyant for promotional and/or marketing use.
  • We do not share your financial information with anyone, including employees of Voyant, for any promotional and/or marketing purposes.

Personally identifiable data

Voyant collects an email address and a name when you register for its services. No other information is required. In return, we will confirm the existence and use of the provided email address. For increased security, users are welcome to use anonymous email accounts.

Sharing of Information

As a matter of policy, we do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal or financial information unless required by law or for the protection of your membership. Voyant will not share profile information or aggregate usage information in a personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties. Furthermore, we will not share your personal or financial information with anyone outside of Voyant for promotional and/or marketing use unless you specifically ask.

Personal and Financial Information

We work to protect your personal and financial information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration by using industry-recognized security safeguards, coupled with carefully developed security procedures and practices. We use both internal and external resources to review these procedures. All of your financial information is stored in an encrypted format on Voyant servers and well as in your client application. Advisor Connect

If a user elects to use Voyant's Advisor Connect feature to invite a financial professional to our site, we ask them for the financial professional's email address. Voyant will automatically send this individual an email informing them of Voyant's software and services. Voyant stores this email address for the purpose of sending automatic invitation reminders. Voyant does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communications. The financial professional can request to be removed from the Voyant system by emailing us at: support@voyantplanner.com. As part of the Voyant Advisor Connect service, you may opt to share your financial information with a financial professional (or professionals) of your choice who are licensed users of Voyant Advisor. Only after you have explicitly requested, confirmed and agreed to a waiver, will we provide this (these) individual(s) access to your financial information through the Voyant platform.

Community Forums

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on message boards, through e-mail, or in chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others. In short, by posting personal information online that is publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

Retention

The length of time we retain information varies depending on the product licensed or contractually negotiated retention requirements. This period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us, but only for so long as it is legally necessary for us to have sufficient information to respond to any issue that may arise at a later date -- or as required by regulatory agencies. When information is no longer needed for the purposes explained, we have procedures to destroy, delete, erase or convert it to an anonymous form.
