What information does Voyant collect?
"Personal Information" means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, first and last name, home or other physical address, an email address, phone number, or other contact information, whether at work or at home, age information, and information about dependents.
In a few areas on our Site and online customer support tools, we ask you to provide Personal Information that will enable us to enhance your use of the Site or for purposes such as facilitating correspondence with you, registering your entitlement to access certain special features of the Site, or to complete transactions. When purchasing the Service, Voyant requires you to provide financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Service ("Billing Information"). We provide this information to PayPal for any transactions that you may make with us. "Billing Information" is not retained by Voyant.
If you elect to use our invite-a-friend feature, we use the information you provide to us to offer our services to others and by using the invite-a-friend feature you confirm to us that you have the consent of each person whose information you provide.
We may also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, which could include your IP address, cookie information, browser information, and the page you request. This information is not deemed by Voyant to constitute Personal Information and while Voyant will not use it in a way that associates such information with you, such information may be aggregated. Voyant owns this information and may use it in any manner it deems appropriate.
How does Voyant use Personal Information?
The Personal Information you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your relationship with Voyant and use our products and services. Among other things, we want to help you quickly find information on our Site, leverage our tools in connection with your authorized use of our products and services, and alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new products and services from Voyant.
Voyant does not store the Personal Information you provide that allows you to access account information from any third party financial services providers. If you choose to use Voyant Account Import feature, you can import data from your third party financial services institution(s); however, Voyant does not store your account credentials.
Periodically, we may send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. These mailings may be sent electronically or in physical form. Only Voyant (or agents or contractors working on behalf of Voyant and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings, simply tell us when you give us your Personal Information. Or, at any time you can easily opt-out of receiving further marketing from Voyant by contacting us and requesting to have your name removed from our marketing lists. In addition, with respect to mailings sent via email, you may also click the "unsubscribe" link in the email to have your email address removed from our marketing list. All requests to unsubscribe will be handled in a prompt and efficient manner and in accordance with applicable law.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose Personal Information on our message boards or other public forums or features, through e-mail, or in chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others. In short, by posting Personal Information online that is publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. Updating Your Personal Information

Except as set forth herein, Voyant does not rent, sell or share Personal Information it collects about you to or with third parties, and Personal Information collected from you is only used to provide you with Voyant products and services and to comply with any requirements of law.
Agents or contractors of Voyant may have access to your Personal Information for the purpose of performing services on behalf of Voyant. All such agents or contractors who have access to your Personal Information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Voyant or as otherwise required by law.
